Hello,
I own the case for the 60 GB.
The case is not covered at the botton, so it scratches with normal use.
It does not have a protection for the wheel button.
It pops open if it falls (happened once and the screen got scratched)
I am getting a silicone

I've had this case for a year now and it has kept my ipod in great shape. I've dropped it a few times and it has saved my ipod from permanent damage. The only thing I reccomend is that you use a plastic screen overlay and then put the case over that.
