Poor Customer Support [Posted on 2008-05-02]
I purchased this product from the manufacturer. The product works as advertised, but the customer support is terrible. It took over 2 weeks to receive it. I started calling and sending e-mails after a week. When you call you get a recording for all options, never did I talk to a real person. I called at various times of the day on numerous days and never talked to anyone. They would not return calls or answer e-mails. I based my review on the product and not the customer support.
