not a big exercise freak, but the unit is nice and stays put while i am on the treadmill. Simple unit and cheap enough.

I'm not a really small person (5'4", 120 pounds) and the band is too big for my arm. I tried to pull the band all the way around the iPod, but that didn't work either. This was a giant waste of money. Probably good for a guy, but not good (or adaptable) for someone with smaller arms.

This is a great sleeve for my iPod nano. The arm band is a little big but it definitely adjusts to smaller arms.

Very Well priced! Works good. Satisfies what I wanted it for. Comfortable. Can't beat the priced. My only wish is that it came in other colors.

I used to carry a tape player in my hand or clip it to my waist while I walked, but this sports sleeve has made all the difference in my workout. I LOVE it! The only very small drawback is that the velcrow doesn't extend through the entire band. I like to keep it on my forearm so I can see my playlist, but it seems to be designed only for use on the upper arm and I can't tighten it enough for my wishes. If someone were really small, they might have the same problem on their upper arm. That said, I really recommend this sports sleeve for your iPod.
