Great little alarm clock [Posted on 2007-02-10]
After years of having complicated digital clock radios, it was time for something simple. Believe it or not, it was very hard to find an analog battery-operated alarm clock in a store, so I ordered this one on the internet. It does exactly what it should do, keeps good time, and the alarm is really simple to set and use. I like that the alarm gets louder every ten seconds or so, which makes it hard to sleep through. Overall, for the low price I paid for this product, I am very satisfied. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because shipping was expensive - more than the actual product.

This is the perfect alarm clock for us... Easy to read at night and small enough not to take a lot of space on the night stand... Travels well too...;- )

I used this Alarm Clock during my deployment in Iraq and it worked pretty well. The Alarm isn't the loudest, but as long as you're not a really heavy sleeper it should wake you up. It's easy and simple to set, and pretty small/compact so it's really easy to travel with.
Alarm Function Doesn't Work [Posted on 2007-11-16]
In general this is a cute little clock that was everything I needed in a travel alarm clock -- it's simple and compact with a little backlight and a snooze button. Then I found out the alarm is miscalibrated -- If I set it for 9 it goes off at 8:30. No more cheap travel clocks for me.

This is a great little alarm clock. I'll admit that much...BUT, 1.5 months after I bought it, the second hand stopped working completely. I changed the battery, but still nothing (the snooze light etc. works fine). Shame, because I really liked how simple this gadget is..nothing fancy, just a functional clock. If the second hand did not break few weeks after purchase, I "WOULD" have given this click 5 stars easily.
P.S: I was late to work twice because of it also... X_X
