I have tried so many different items over the years; over the counter as well as prescriptions, and I was introduced to this product several years ago by a friend. I said, "Well nothing works." He said, "Just give it a shot." Ever since then, I have depleted store displays to get my hands on this stuff. Sadly several months ago, I came to realize that all of the stores where I used to get it, decided not to carry it anymore, to make room for all of the other lip chapsticks/balms that were being introduced. I was a nervous wreck. It was even difficult to find this product on the internet, so when I found it on Amazon, I was absolutely relieved! Amazon saved me in this matter! If you have coldsore irritations....try this...you won't be dissappointed!

This stuff is the best! It numbs your lips and heals them too. I used it for an allergic reaction on my lips...it worked great.
