The idea of this device is nice--there is a spring-loaded device which coils and allows it to uncoil as you pull the two cable ends. Bad thing is you have to pull both cables at once, and the spring device is not real sturdy and it does not retract very steadily nor expeditiously. On the device I received, the insulation separated from the connection housing and the wires were exposed where they come out of the bottom of the connector housing. Not good. So I requesed an RMA number to return it for a replacement and it took about 3 weeks to get it--I emailed three times and called them three times and only on the last call did i get someone to send an email with the RMA.
