Be warned that this does not come with the power cord and brick to actually plug it into the wall for recharging. The one that came with the Zen will do the job fine, but don't kid yourself that you are getting a whole second set. Seems like a bit too much to charge without coming with all the cables, so that kept me from giving it the whole 5 stars.
Other than that warning, it works very nicely just as advertised. To set it up the first time, just plug one cable into a USB slot, and plug the power cord into the wall, then slide the Zen onto the cradle. Synchs up immediately and recharges MUCH faster than just doing it with the USB cable.

This is something that is very much needed if you have the Zen Vision M. It really should have been included in the original package. It makes it so much easier to manage the charging and transfering of files.

This docking station is a very useful accessory if you are going to connect it to your TV. The Zen I bought came with a station but it doesn't sit the Zen upright like this station does so if it were not for this docking station my Zen would just be laying on top of my TV possibly sliding off every few minutes, which of course not a good thing. Plus it just looks cool standing upright when charging and connected to the TV. The docking station is a very good multifunctional unit that not only stabilizes the Zen but also makes connecting to the PC for file transfers and recharging a breeze. If you got to have the Zen then you got to have the docking station.
Only fits 30 gb version [Posted on 2008-02-16]
there's a difference in thickness between the 30 gb & 60 gb versions of the vision:M. This only fits the 30 gb, which didn't help my 60gb version. probably a good product, but i'd rather just pick up another key instead.

The only issue I have with this docking station is that when you disconnect from the computer, it turns the player on. So, if I shut my computer down at night and don't pay attention to my Zen, I will wake up the next morning and instead of being good to go for the day, I'll have a completely drained player that was on all night. That's really annoying. I don't know, maybe it's something I can fix in the settings, but I haven't been able to find it...
