This case is perfect. It fits the Zen Vision W perfectly. Two of the other reviewers must have ordered for a different player. I do not usually waste my time reviewing products, but I wanted to clear this matter up. This is for the ZEN VISION W. Case is very well made and durable. I accidentally dropped my player from touring bag while out cycling today. It hit hard pavement and completely survived. Also I paid for expedited and it arrived in 2 days. This is a great case for the ZEN VISION W.

The case fits well and has all the openings necessary to link your zen to the computer. Downside - no top opening to access volume - you need to open the case to adjust. The quality of the clear plasting inside is heavy but scratched. A little disappointed.

I purchased a new Creative Zen W 60 Gb Slim model from Amazon. I wanted a great product to protect my investment so this case was perfect. The new slim model is the same size as the earlier 30 Gb model so this case fits perfectly. It has a belt clip and snap closure to keep model safe. Amazon rocks..... Shipment was quick
