Very cheap little plastic holder and belt clip for what: $20 bucks. Not worth it. Find a little cell phone holder or something for a lot less.

This is actually a pretty good skin/clip for the Muvo V100. I dont use the arm band so I can only speak for the silicone case with the clip. It goes over the main/base part of the Muvo (the part that contains the battery). So you dont have to take the skin off to detach the USB connector to plug it in to your computer. You do have to take the skin off to change the battery...but the battery lasts a long time so you dont do this very often...and it's very easy to do.
I can clip it onto my jeans pocket and go (or the waistband of whatever I'm wearing...I rarely wear belts). It doesnt fall off or get in the way. I wear it while I'm working or doing various tasks and I just slip the earbud cord through the inside of my shirt or jacket and it's never in the way either.
I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because 1) I would prefer to be able to purchase the skin without the armband and 2) it would be nice if it came in different colors than just clear. But the functional part of this skin w/ clip is 5 stars.
SILICONE SKIN REVIEW [Posted on 2008-01-22]
I used this silicone skin last summer while I hiked the Appalachian Trail. I had it clipped to the outside of my pack on one of my shoulder straps. The clip worked well and my mp3 player NEVER fell out of the silicone skin. The silicone skin had a catastrophic failure about 350 miles into my hike. The skin tore and had to be discarded. 350 miles of daily rugged use is pretty good. You decide if that's good enough for you.

Kind of pricey for no more than it is, but a great addition for the MuVo 100 that I use often.
