For the money this is one great MP3 player, you get a lot of features i.e. FM Tuner, Photos, ability to change the themes for your color screen (which makes this a better value and not to mention just as attractive or more so than ipod). I found a silicone skin on the street here in NYC and so mine is staying in pretty good shape. I did drop it on the cement/sand street in West Africa (turned out ok, never had any damage other than a few scratches) and OH I forgot, the charger is dual voltage which is sweet if you travel all you need is the adapter. I have only had this freeze a handful of times on me but I just pushed the reset button on the bottom and it took a few minutes to re-build the library. My eyes are looking at the 80GB Zune now though if Creative does not come out with something comparable in price.

Yes, Thats right, this MP3 Player from 2005 works with Windows Vista without any problems, assuming you don't use the software (which I don't advise anyways..its a waste of time) I just use windows media player to sync it up and then I am done. it's not as fast as the new Creative Zen but its quite a bit cheaper and it has never givien me any problems. (I have had it for 8 months.)

It's kinda buggy, especially when writing to it. It's prone to freezing up, requiring you to restart it. And for the price, it's quite the small hard drive. And the menus are hard to navigate, especially with the slider. If you're looking for a good MP3 player and you have a small library, this is good for you.

I received this as a Christmas present. And joyfully excepted this gift.
20 gigs! Yummy. I remember when having 1 gig was amazing to me. Now my happiness explodes! Play list to fit me every mood. It's like having a sound track to my life stories as it evolves day to day. This is easy to use and downloading music to this a joy. The first day I downloaded 10 albums it only took minutes. I only use the MP3 Player in this. the FM tuner, recorder and other functions I have yet to explore. I did put a few pictures in it though. I prefer my GPS for that, it has a much larger screen. I really like the Creative products but find their customer support lacking. I can't even find this model on their website. But I have found a nice leather case for it. And some adapters for charging it in the car and a wall plug. Please check my other reviews. I found them at a very reasonable price. Please note unlike the zen micro and muvi from with you can use a generic USB Cord. The zen sleek requires it's own special cord. Please check my other reviews concerning Creative products. Also unlike the Zen Micro the battery can't be replaced with my zen micro I always kept two batteries. Though I will say it does hold a charge at least ten hours continuous play. I play it 8hrs a day minimum.

I purchased the my Creative Zen for the Christmas holidays about 2 years ago. Still works the same today as the day it arrived. I like the background variety in colors, the music comes through crisply, overall it is a good machine. Very bulky compared to other products like the ipod, but sturdier. Pricey for the technology used, and the screen has some scratches now, but I have been content with my purchase otherwise.
