Amazing that a product it was designed for, iPod, has a clickwheel which doesn't respond when using through iSkin. then what's the point of buying the product? Ridiculous.

I love this case. I honestly do not understand what problem other users are having.
This case has to be worked with to get proper installation, but once installed it is awesome.
The Classic click wheel is not quite as sensitive as prior generations so I wonder if this may be part of the problem. I have had my case on my Classic for 3 weeks and am thrilled with it.
No Click Wheel Problem [Posted on 2008-03-01]
The only problem I had was figuring out how to get the belt clip attachment off the back of the case...takes a good sturdy pulling apart. I wish the back of the case was sturdy plastic instead of rubber, but I'm happy with the case. And no click wheel problem...works fine. I wanted this particular case because the one I had previously purchased for my classic (a Belkin) did not have a click wheel cover. The orange color is great.

I like the iSkin Evo4 Duo product. I have only 2 negatives to mention, but 1 is critical. Number 1: It is hard to get the case on and aligned properly. Number 2: With this one, I have a very difficult time getting the click wheel to respond to touch. I am considering getting an exacto knife and cutting away the silicon that covers the click wheel to improve performace, and since I don't abuse it, it should be fine. Other than that, I have been very pleased with this product. I love the design and color options. Belt clip is very handy, although could have been designed to function better.

I absolutely love the look of this case. I wanted something different from what other people have. The top piece is a little difficult to fit around the silicone piece--you kind of have to work it on, but otherwise it's great. I like the silicone over the click wheel instead of the transparent tape like cover I have had before.
