I understand the frustration of receiving a used product, but don't give the product 1 star because Amazon messed up.
This is a great little case that will help you keep your ear buds handy.
Now, I didn't give it a five, because I think it was a bit pricey for being just simple ear buds case.
But a good product. If you wanna shell out the bucks, you won't be disappointed.

The sound quality from the earbuds is very good and they reduce background noise. I like the case and it's definately worth getting if you take your music everywhere like I do. There is a small mesh pocket in the case that I use to store and extra battery for my MP3 player.

Good one, only wish it was slightly smaller. Could have made it at least 1/2 the size it is currently. Nevertheless good one for the price, I'm syre it would make the headphones last longer
