Works fine to charge my LG phone and iPod via a USB cable. Save yourself some money compared to a dedicated car charger.

It does not work in my motorola phone- and neither in my creative zune mp3 player. It is so cheap however and the cables that came with it can be useful however.

This doesn't produce enough juice to charge my Blackberry Pearl 8130. The phone shows a charge icon for about 10 seconds, then the icon disappears. I guess it might prevent the battery from running down while it is connected. Have not tried it with my iPod 80gb 5.5, but since that uses even more power than the Blackberry, I am not hopeful.
It does seem to charge an old Rio Pearl mp3 player though.
