I bought this product and had good success with it. Then discovered a compatibility problem between the clix2 and my computer (XP Home Ed 2002 sp2 wouldn't recognize the MTP function of the clix2). Bummer--had to return the clix2. When I called Gomadic to ask if the chargers would work with the new MP3 player I was going to get the gentleman helped me to understand what was needed (he talked at MY LEVEL i.e. simple), and then gave me some other very valuable info that I would need with the new MP3 player, THEN said he would send the new conversion tips FREE OF CHARGE (and the product was even out of the warranty period!). AMAZING. To me, "it don't get any better than this."
