I bought this because we have three Zunes in the household. Two of them are the 30Gb original Zunes and one is the newer 80Gb model. The charger works just fine with the 30Gb zunes, but be aware, this does not work with the 80Gb newer model, it simply does not charge, even though it recognizes that it was plugged in my ' turning on ' the display.
