I purchased this item 2 months ago and I am so happy with it. It is working very well and I like that you can make it work faster or slower. I have difficulty using it to make massage to myself because it is very heavy. But my boyfriend is using to to massage me and I am using it to massage him. We both like it very much. I have not tried yet the heated but I think it will be perfect in winter time. Overall I find this product very good.

I have been very disappointed with this product. I bought it to replace a lesser model that we had had for several years. I upgraded to this model expecting more power than before and have discovered that the massager seems to have less power than the less expensive model.

My husband and I both love the massager that our chiropracter has so I decided to buy one for him for his birthday. I couldn't get the exact massager so I settled for this one. I am very pleased with my purchase. It feels almost exactly like the one at the chiropracter's office. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's too heavy for me to use on my own back, stretching my arm up over my shoulder. Having said that, it's not really that heavy. My 4-year-old can massage my back for me. I just have weak triceps.
About the heat, my husband and I both agree that the heat is a nice addition. I read reviews that said you can't feel the heat. We feel it when the massager is moved slowly over the area. I would recommend this product to anyone.

HOMEDICS MASSAGER HAND HELD PERCUSSION INFRARED PAQ30H
The percussion massager works fine and the long handle allows one to reach difficult areas on one's back. The infrared heat is not very intense and was a disappointment.
