My only complaint about this item is that it does not reach above my shoulder blades. There is a more expensive model that may have, but I was trying to save a few bucks, so I bought this model instead. I'm 6'4", and the massager does not reach above a point just below the bottom of my shoulder blades. It does, however, work well on any chair I put it on, including the couch. The heat feels great! The rolling massage is not so great, so you may be happy enough and a little less poor if you get a model with just the shiatsu, as that is all I use. In all, though, a quality piece of equipment.

I love this massage pad! I have used it every day since I got it and nothing makes my back feel better. It gives a very firm massage and the heat option is great for sore muscles. I wish I would've bought one a lot sooner.

We love this massager! My daughter uses it daily. I would have given it 5 stars if the rollers in the massage cushion could reach all the way up to my shoulders (I'm 5'7"), but otherwise it gives a very relaxing and deep massage!

While waiting for a prescription in CVS, I tried the 200 model and I was impressed. Later I tried a newer model in Costco and I was equally impressed. The model in the store is no longer available and on their website, they only offer a SBM-350H that I ordered. After using it for three days I was not impressed. IMO this unit does not go as high up the shoulders as the SBM-300H model. Some of the other reviewers mentioned this as well. I am returning it since I purchased the SBM-300H model from another store for the same price as the Costco model. I have to use a towel over the top of the unit since the pressure was too hard for me. With the towel in place it is working great. I appreciate all the reviews that helped me make my decision.

We tried the cheaper seats, but all they do is make noise. This actually makes you feal better. Deep massage. My husband uses it every day. He keeps it right on the sofa in the living room. We were skeptical, but figured if it didn't do anything, we would send it back. He was surprised. I am happy that he gets such usage from it. Brooklyn.
