This one works... [Posted on 2008-08-03] I purchased this for my office which is always freezing cold... It's a great little heater that works very well. It's quiet and puts out really hot heat. Others that I have purchased feel like a hair blow dryer blowing on you. Not this... It does the job of warming my office very well... Feel safe buying this one...
This heater overheats?! [Posted on 2008-08-11] This heater simply doesn't work. I bought this heater to keep me warm at work and while it ran fine for the first couple of months, lately, it will run for a short period of time and then it shuts itself off and doesn't come back on. I'm assuming the heating coil is overheating and it is doing so for safety reasons, but when the heater hasn't been running for that long (less than 5 minutes and at a relatively low heat setting), it shouldn't be happening at all. With all the choices out there, I would recommend finding something more reliable.
Power packed little heater [Posted on 2008-08-15] I have been enduring the ups and downs of my office temperature for over 4 years now. Previously my company chose not to allow us to have heaters. But due to the inconsistency in the heating/cooling system they have allowed us to have heaters now. I was in search for a compact cost effective product. I went to several local stores but was not able to locate one due to them being out of season. Amazon.com had many selections and I read some of the reviews for the products and ended up choosing this little beauty. I even have coworkers borrowing it from time to time. They are also looking into obtaining the same one. I am very pleased with my decision.
junk [Posted on 2008-10-21] absolute junk. Had it for 2 weeks and it stopped working. would definatly not recommend
Broke after 2 weeks [Posted on 2008-11-17] This heater stopped working after about 2 or 3 weeks of owning it. It was cheap but is a piece of junk.
