I have had ipods before this one and have always had some sort of silicone-type case for them (and had another case before this one), and this is my favorite one so far. There are only three things i dislike about this case:

1. It does make the ipod about twice as heavy (it's not a huge issue);

2. It detracts from the efficiency of the case if you remove the belt clip. The clip has 2 two parts: the actual clip on the outside and an anchor on the inside. If you just remove the outside clip, there are two small but hard pegs sticking out of the back of the case; if you also remove the anchor, there are two small holes to let in dirt and a circlular area where the case doesn't sit against the ipod.

Therefore, the case is a little bulkier than the others.

3. The hole for the earphones is a little deep; sometimes my earphones slide out a little (but they're usually all right; this isn't a huge problem).

Other than that, I love this case. My favorite thing is that is completely covers the ipod, except for the hole for the earphones. Even the docking port has a small flap on it. In the past, the cases i've had have had a hole for the screen (this one does also, but it is covered by the plastic front) which let in dirt and grime even to the back of the ipod. Any case of this type is going to attract lint, but I've never had a huge problem with it (probably because I don't usually carry it in a deep purse or let it sit in the car). The case has a nice feel, the plastic front is easy to clean, and the click wheel cover is probably the best one i've seen so far (it's not super-thin, but has raised symbols and is still nicely sensitive). I get a lot of use out of my ipod, and can occasionally be a little harder on it than i should be, but this case feels sturdy enough to provide bump protection and protect from scratches. I'm not sure if the plastic will become scratched or not, but it seems pretty resistant to that. My last silicone case became all stratched out after a few months, but this one is thicker and looks like it will not do so.


All in all, my only complaint is that the case is a little bulkier than others I've had and the belt clip cannot be reasonable removed. I would definitely reccomend this product if you're looking for a good silicone-type case for your ipod.

I am way happy with this product. It looks great and protects the ipod. I got it in blue which looks alot cheaper than it does in black (my co-worker has it in black). It fits well and does the job.

I read about 50 different reviews on this and am soo glad I bought it. The only negative thing people had to say about it was that it collects dust. I have two cats, and haven't seen a single piece of lint at all! Awesome cover for my ipod!

This is the best case ever. The clip is very useful, the skin fits perfectly, the visor face is a screen saver. I have 2 now. This is the best case to get for your ipod.

The iSkin Evo3 is simply amazing. I use it in my car and its great because it doesnt slide around on my dash. The scrolling wheel without the skin on was too touchy, and with the skin on it makes scrolling perfect. Almost everybody in my family has one of these, they told me I had to get one. The only bad part is the clip...but seriously, who even uses it anyways?
