Too good to be true [Posted on 2007-09-14]
Excited to own my 1st LCD HDTV, setting up wasn't too difficult. The problem was the remote didn't work. I called Amazon and they directed me to the supplier. I called them and they told me to ship the bad remote back. When they recieve it they'll ship out the new one. Screw me once shame on you. Screw me twice shame on me. They're in CA. and now their TV is back in CA.

I love my Initial 26" hdtv with built in dvd player. As a matter of fact we bought 2 of them....
the remote was very easy to work. I didnt even have to program it to
my cable box.. Great picture great price.I love your product.I was a little concern about buying your tv, I was told you were a new
company I said what the heck so i bought 2 of them. Glad i did!!!!!

For the money, you can't beat this TV. I sell the initial TV's quite often, and have never had any problem. Great picture, easy to use.

This machine is high style, slim and compact and has terrific picture clarity.
Mine is a 26" which is perfect for a 12 foot wide room. I could get it into my apt with help of a cart, unpacked it and set it up by myself. Easy. The built in DVD player is sensitive to dirty discs, so I clean each one first that comes from a rental.
Excellent value. Remote works great - takes a little study for the complicated stuff the TV can do. Have owned it over a year. 5 star.
