Customer Reviews:

Great little device [Posted on 2008-08-18]
Bought this in June, and this little portable speaker packs a wallop sound-wise. It's small, but the sound is deceptively loud and crystal clear (just when I think that I've got it turned down to a reasonable level, the phone rings or my husband asks me a question and I discover that it is louder than I thought!).

I wanted to be able to play my iPod in other rooms of the house without headphones and this tiny, sleek thing is perfect for my already crowded kitchen, and is so small and light, it's no trouble to unplug and carry around to other areas (although the sound covers an entire floor of our townhouse with no trouble, so I rarely have to move it). The adaptors for the various iPod sizes really don't seem to be necessary. My Nano 2nd gen. fits right in there just fine, and so does my husband's full-size iPod. The adaptor might provide a little more support or stability for my Nano, but as I say, doesn't really seem to be necessary.

The remote is tiny, a little cheap-feeling, and it has buttons labeled with not-quite-intuitive symbols rather than the touch system that the ipod itself has, so I have to sort of think about what I'm doing when I use it. Based on reviews, I'm expecting that the remove will probably be the first thing to go.

It's also a bonus that it charges the iPod while playing.

Overall, I think this is a nifty little device and I'm very pleased with my purchase.
