really like them [Posted on 2007-03-03] I really like these, they are comfortable and seem to deliver very acceptable sound for my needs. Also they are very affordable.
so-so [Posted on 2007-07-20] well they were good head phones but once i had them for about 6 months the little gray part, that covers the buds, had fallen out. it had fallen out about three times before i had lost it.
Cute, Sounds Great, But Uncomfortable! [Posted on 2007-08-08] ***
This earbuds are as cute as could be, sound great, and are durable, but are very, very uncomfortable. I can only wear mine for about a half hour before they begin to hurt and after an hour I have to take them out---then that's it for the whole day. They are a somewhat soft rubber on the outside but the inside is hard plastic; they are comparable in quality to the earbuds that come with iPod nanos. For the price they are adequate, but you can spend about the same or a bit more and get earbuds that are all this and that you can wear for longer as well.
I ended up buying some "Koss "The Plug" Portable Headphones" for under $20 and can wear them all day; I would recommend something like this instead.
I do like the colors that these earbuds come in, but they are more than an accessory for me and have to be usable as well. The sound quality is just fine for a cheaper ear bud---no complaints here.
Mine often fall out because they do not change their shape to accommodate your ear; your ear must change shape to fit this earbud, hence the discomfort.

Good for the money [Posted on 2008-03-04] Earbuds are crap. I mean, just in general. These are no different. The sound quality is poor, and they're uncomfortable to boot. However, as far as earbuds go, these are some of the best I've had. The "gummy" exterior prevents the buggers from sliding around, which means you'll get to relax and enjoy the music, instead of constantly fighting to keep your buds in. The sound is clear at low to mid volume, but as generally goes, they're quite tinny and heavily distorted at high volumes. For the price and the convenience, they're not a bad little pair of earphones, but you are getting what you pay for and nothing more.
I use these professionally [Posted on 2008-08-16] My personal favorite earbud. I've paid top dollar and used M-Audio, Shure and Sony products with a variety of in-ear configurations, but these little pink JVC marvels are - for me - simply better. My little girl got her earphones caught up in the vacuum, and in an emergency, I used what was left - the right earbud - for an in-ear monitor. I was astonished. I now use this product exclusively with my wireless monitor system on stage and even at night when I sleep! They stay securely in my ear, and the articulatory frequencies are natural and clear. Don't count on tons of booty-kickin' bass, but for clarity and comfort, I can't beat 'em, even for $100 more.
