No wonder they're so cheap [Posted on 2008-10-21]
I bought these from Best Buy for $10 also just for my iPod which I don't use often and within a month, one headphone was shot, while the other one skipped in and out.
I then bought another of the same kind from Best Buy thinking maybe I didn't take care of the wire well (I always wrap it around the iPod when not in use) but this pair also lasted maybe a month before I was forced to listen to my music with just one headphone.
Sound quality was pretty good while it lasted, but definitely not even worth the cheap price of $10.
