This item is a cheap cassette player. I will be buying a better one in time. Bulky.. but it does play ok. The headsets are also on the cheap side... I got what I paid for.

I bought the cassette player/radio as a gift for my mother so that she could listen to tape recording of current book best sellers. She was very pleased with the ease of use as well as the hearing clarity. Would highly recommend this to someone who still likes to listen to cassettes.

I received the tape player quickly and am well satisfied. The sound is just fine for listening to my audio lectures. One can rewind by flipping the casette over at any time.

I ordered this product and as yet, have not received it. After 4 phone calls with operators that barely speak English and did not understand me, I have given up on receiving this product and have written off the money as a lesson learned about connecting English speaking customers to non-English speaking service agents. I am very disappointed in Amazon because of this product and the problems I've had over it. It will not stop me from using Amazon in the future, but it has put a damper in the trust I had for the company. I will be wary from here on out when buying directly from Amazon not because of the products, but because of the agents they choose to represent them.

At last a small cassette that actually work although its defective ear phones have to be replaced.
