Don't Buy from SF Planet [Posted on 2008-09-11]
I purchased 5 Jabra C-150 headsets from SF Planet, a vendor for Amazon.com. I had purchased this product before from other vendors, as well as several other Jabra headsets -- all come with 6 gel earpieces (small, medium and large for both the left ear and right ear). When I received the 5 headsets from SF Planet, none of them had 6 gel earpieces -- all had only 3 earpieces. Some of the earpieces were duplicates -- by that I mean that, for example, they sent 2 Medium Right ears and 1 small left ear. Some only had earpieces for the left ear; some only had earpieces for the right ear. SF Planet's paperwork does not have any telephone number to call them -- but they clearly say that you should not give them a bad review, please contact online customer service...so I did. I told them what earpieces I was missing and they said that they would send them out right away -- I never received anything from them, nor any further communication from them. I will never purchase anything from SF Planet again, and I urge anyone who purchases from them: buyer beware!

This is my second purchase of this headset...the first one i had for a couple of years and it just got tired. Sound is loud and the eargels helps it stay put, even with shaking my head around.

Excellent product and great price compared to local retail. The thin wire fails internally over a long period of bundling use (about 1 year), but this makes it easy and cheap to replace. Bought several as back-ups this time. Highly recommended !
Only received eargels for left ear from AccessoryOne [Posted on 2008-10-05]
I ordered this headset mainly for the eargels, I wanted to use it with my samsung wep200 bluetooth. I also wanted a wired headset for occasional home use. I was disappointed to receive only three eargels, all for the left ear, as another review has described here. I can't complain too much as the headset does work great, but being able to use it for one ear does make that one ear tired. I wish they would ammend the picture to reflect what you're getting, but I guess at this price nobody cares.
Favorite Earpiece so far [Posted on 2008-10-17]
After about 10 earpieces and headsets, both wired and wireless, this wired one produces the best volume, clarity, convenience and reliability for me. With the plastic insert, it goes into my ear faster than the hook type and does not fall off so easily. Also, no time is wasted pairing a Blue tooth signal.
