hands free and loving it [Posted on 2008-06-29] I have purchased a number of these for myself and my family. Works well. I even plug it into my landline phone so I don't have to sit with my neck crooked while on the phone and working at the computer.
Jabra Earwave Boom [Posted on 2008-07-25] I like the design of this headset. It slips over the ear easily and is comfortable to wear. You can find these on the internet for as little as $9 a set (shipping included)
My only issue with these is the thin wire used in the cord.It doesn`t take much to break the connection.
Good product at a good value [Posted on 2008-07-25] I purchased this headset for my company, to be in compliance with the new hands free laws that were passed in CA. I liked it becuase it fits securely over the ear as well as with in the ear canal. The sound quality is much better than any bluetooth I've used - I purchased a jawbone and hated it - this headset is much better.
Jabra EarWave Boom [Posted on 2008-08-15] This is the second set I have purchased and it works great! New state law in Washington requires a hands free phone and using my Earwave is what I needed. It's not a blue tooth but I think it's a great deal for the price
Nice for a corded unit [Posted on 2008-09-16] I got this because I had to use a non-Bluetooth cell phone for a while and I prefer talking hands-free.
PROS: Confortable. Very good sound quality. Cheap. Fits in my ear well enough that I'm able to keep the phone volume very low and still hear just fine.
CONS: Corded.
I've since gotten my Bluetooth phone back, but still keep this around in case the Bluetooth has problems.
