I looked a long time before deciding on this windshield mount. I'm satisfied with the quality of material and construction. The quick release is a great innovation that I learned to value quickly. The suction cup never disengages and it's easy to clamp on. The long arm can be cumbersome in some situations, but I value that I can apply it any place on the windshield and it doesn't impair vision. I hesitated at the price, but now feel it's worth the extra cost. No down sides here.

This is GREAT! Just what I was looking for. It holds my iPod Touch with a plastic shell case just perfectly. The adjustable arms can hold anything, really. The suction cup stays very tight and there is little movement of the arm with vehicle movements. It can also hold the iPod Touch horizontally. Definitely recommend, especially for iPod Touch owners.

This moves around alot as you drive, my iphone fell out of it 3 times already and fortunately wasn't damaged. I bought another holder from Best Buy and its work 1000 times better for an iphone that this one. I was surprised, I have always liked Kensington's quality, but this product fall way short!!

I've been using the mount for about a month now, and overall I am pleased with it. I purchased the mount because I wanted to use my iPhone for music and other things in the car, but I had it mounted on the vents right next to the stereo and received way too much interference. The Kensington mount is very easy to place and remove my iPhone, I love the quick release button. The mount holds my iPhone just fine, and I'm never worried about it falling out, but the arm was very shaky. I ended up jimmy-rigging it using a brace to hold the flexible arm against my dashboard. This fixed the shakiness and works great, but has it's drawbacks in that it makes removing the mount a little impractical. Overall, the Kensington mount turned out to be just what I was looking for, (with a little modification.)
