Customer Reviews:

Love them, just wish they would fold for carrying [Posted on 2008-06-01]
I ordered these for my SanDisc because the reviews were better than for the foldable version, and they ARE marvelous. The volume control on the cord is nice since I don't have to fiddle with the MP3 controls when I already have it on my belt. The downside is I want to carry the MP3 back and forth to work so that I have it there and at home, but carrying the headphones is a pain since they're so large. The MP3 fits in a pocket of my purse, but the headphones require that I carry a separate canvas bag which is a hassle. I'll probably break down and buy a second pair so I have one at work and one at home.

Fair Product [Posted on 2008-06-04]
Titanium means very light weight. These are light. Sound is OK, but you have to press them against your ears to get full sound. Also, I am not bald, so the phones keep slipping off my head. I use them for my iPod. It's a good thing I'm sitting instead of jogging. I suppose for the price, they are ok, but I'd rather spend a few dollars more and get a heavier headset. (I did buy a more expensive pair.)

nice sound [Posted on 2008-06-06]
These phones sound incredibly good. What I worry about is the build quality more than any thing. The rubber strap at the top seems like it could be easily torn, also the in line volume control, how well is that built? Also the cord is thinner that other phones I have owned for home use, another thing I worry about is that they are 60 ohm. which isn't exactly suited for portable players is it??? I would prefer 32 ohm but maybe the higher ohm's gives it a tighter sound??? So far the sound has been non-fatiguing, full range with slight upper bass emphasis (maybe to cover a lower bass loss???) The specs say down to 15 hertz though, any way for the price has to be excellent sound. It lacks slightly in air and size of the sound stage but hay for under 20 bucks??? and I have had no problem yet with volume being insufficient, but I have only used them on a computer, home stereo and a boom box, not on an i pod or other MP3 player yet. Other wise these are an excellent value. You could spend $50 and still not get better sound.( After listening to these awhile and testing then with know material that I use for testing speakers, I have decided that there is no upper bass emphasis...It only occurs when connected directly to the home CD player and not when connected to the receiver, the computer seems to be pretty flat and the boom box emphasises the bass a little, sooo it would seem that this anomaly may be connected to what you connect it to and listen to not the head phones.)

(Okay, I don't have a clue what items 2 and 4 signify, but I thought I'd include them here for those of you who do)

Pros:

1. Very light and comfortable.
2. Ear cushions pivot back and forth for a comfortable fit
3. Ear cushions are replaceable
4. Headband adjusts for head size, both width and height
5. Flexible headband sling holds it in place, unlike other models that keep sliding off your head
6. Titanium is way cool
7. The sound is excellent, especially given the price. It is much, much better than the one I was using before. Heavy bass ROX!!!
8. Volume control slider on the cord puts volume adjustment at your fingertips
9. Aesthetically pleasing
10. Clearly marked for left and right ears

Cons:

1. Four foot cord is rather limiting
2. This model doesn't include a microphone for those who like to chat on-line
3. I'm spending more time listening to music when I should be doing something else

Overall: Great value for the price

Great sounds, comfortable - for the $$ this deal can't be beat! [Posted on 2008-06-19]
Gotta love 'em - sound great, don't notice them when wearing, comfortable on the ears, carry a great range of sound especially hearty bass for the metalhead in you! I don't like the "behind the neck" or buds type and tried a bunch of headsets before this one and it's my favorite - worth alot more than the price that's for sure.
