I looked around at a lot of different cases for the iPhone. I didn't want to put a bulky case around it, since the actual phone is so sleek. So, after searching for a while I decided I needed a sleeve case. Marware's case is the best out of the others on the market. My friends have the Belkin sleeve case and it's still bulky. I don't use the belt holster on this case. Instead, I just slip it in my pocket. At first when you get it, it's bit stiff, but then it eases into perfection for your iPhone. What's more...it comes with a film covering for the iPhone case so that the screen is protected. I love this case, and I'll buy it again when this one is worn out!
Good for sleeve, not as holster [Posted on 2008-01-11]
As a standalone sleeve, the product does a good job. However, the belt clip is large and bulky, causing the sleeve and iPhone to stick out dramatically from your hip. Mine would constantly catch on the seat when getting in and out of the car. The clip was also very tight and difficult to open and close over a belt. After only two weeks of use, the belt clip ripped from the back of the sleeve after a snag. The sleeve and phone went flying across the asphalt and the top of the phone (where there is no protection) was badly dinged. Marware offered to replace the case, but I've kept the sleeve, using it as a pocket protector.

The picture doesn't do the case justice. The stitching is white. White on black. Wouldn't wear it on my belt or attached to my pocket only due to this. Personally, would prefer black stitching. Am not looking for a case that draws attention to itself when wearing, but to blend into the background.
The belt clip is a separate piece from the case rather than integrated. This design causes the case to stand a good inch and a half away from your body. This really is the deal killer for me. It didn't take me 45 seconds after opening to realize this is not the case for me.
On the positive side, delivery was 2 days after ordering. The case itself does exactly what I'm looking for in a case. It holds the phone tightly with no worries while providing easy access. Wife liked the case for carrying in her purse, so it worked out.
