I've tried the jet lag diet, which worked but was a miserable 3 days of dieting. This is way easier.
However, the instructions don't work for me. I have to take the pills every two hours; can't sleep through pill time. And I have to be aware of what time it will be when we land. If I'm landing in the morning, I can sleep on the plane. But if I'm landing at night, I have to stay awake.
I've heard these pills enhance your light sensitivity so that's probably why it works for me. When the sun comes up in the morning, I wake up.
