son loves it.... [Posted on 2007-12-28] My 4 year old loves this game....He wants spiderman everything, so this was a great find!
VERY cute version of operation! [Posted on 2008-02-05] This game is super! Did you know that they child can play by themselves? For only children, this is a great find! It's so cute - all the different things that are wrong with Spidey and the players have to figure out how to fix him! Great, great fun game, especially for Spidey fans. It is certainly a huge hit in this house. Highly recommend!
Not fun [Posted on 2008-07-20] I bought this toy for my son for christmas because he is obsessed with spiderman. He has NEVER played it, nor has my daughter, nor have any other kids that come over to our house. The game is not as much fun as I remember it being as a child. There are just too many other games for kids now that are more interactive. Having something buzz when you mess up just doesn't do it for us anymore. It would be a good item for a collector though. I will most likely keep it with all of his other spiderman stuff as a novelty keepsake to give him when he gets older.
My kids love Spider-Man but they don't enjoy this game [Posted on 2008-07-27] The operation tweezers are cheaply made so the game doesn't operate smoothly. The plastic body parts are snap-offs which leaves a small burr on each piece. And there's no spare parts in case you lose one, which you likely will playing with young children.
There's a novelty to playing this the first couple times but the repetition gets old quick. My 6-year old and 4-year-old put this on their game shelf several months ago and it hasn't been taken down since.
Kids play with toys and games they think are fun. If it gathers dust that is all the review you need.
Stay away from this game.
