I love these headphones! [Posted on 2008-09-28]
First of all, did I just read a review saying that these had too much bass? Thats crazyness these are just right. I will agree that bass is exceptionally strong at low volumes, it evens out and sounds excellent and balanced when the volume goes up. For the money I paid I have no complaints at all. These phones are really well balanced and clear, If I listen to metal I can still hear the voices where as all my other headphones tend to blend all the sound together. When I listen to acoustic and bluesy music, the highs are clear and sharp.
Another thing on my list of favorite things is the comfort, I have medium sized ears on a big fat head and these fit better than any I ever worn, I forget they're on! The cord is short, no longer than needed for a laptop or ipod/zune.
One last note, these headphones look much larger than they are, in person they are a perfect minature of studio headphones, really not big at all. I recommend these to anyone who wants cool headphones that sound great and fit like a glove!
P.S. The red Ryan Sheckler phones are exactly the same as the others, just with that black signature on the side, it looks cool in person though.
