It folds, stay on while I am running and sound good.
On the minus side, the cord broke down near the connection to the MP3 player after ½ year of daily use, so I purchased another one (lucky the price is in the lower end)

One thing that bugs me about these is that the cable to the left ear is shorter than the right ear. That's fine for ear-buds that can go both ways, but this assumes my iPod will be on my left hip. I like my iPod on my right hip, which means the left ear is too short, and keeps tugging.
I find this 'pebble in the shoe' irritating.

I listen to audiobooks only, no music, but find the sound reproduction to be very clear and they are very comfortable to wear. I wear them for hours every day with no problems. Very good product.
