I ordered this item over a month ago and was billed for it but I never received it. After several calls to shipper, which did not trace the antenna for me, I found that the shipment had been damaged in transit and returned to Colorado. I again talked to customer service and was told I would a be issued a credit for the charges in five to ten days. Never happened. I am still waiting. Would not recommend this company for any purchases.
