I bought this case assuming it probably wouldn't fit my 80GB iPod classic, but was pleasantly surprised. It fits snugly, and I love the hard aluminum case. It looks very sleek and is considerably less bulky than a leather case. The case has convenient slots for the charger at the bottom, as well as the hold button and headphone jack on top, but it's incredibly fast and easy to remove the iPod when necessary since the container just snaps open. It also comes with a removable rotating clip on the back. I recently bought three iPod cases to find out which one works best, and this one is definetly my favorite.

Shame on me for thinking I had gotten a great deal when I ordered this case. Nowhere on the product description does it state that there is no plastic protection for the video screen - it's just a square hole in the metal case. Having always used a leather case, I just assumed ALL cases would have this added protection. While I know I could purchase separate plastic pieces to serve the purpose.........why should I have to? Don't waste your money. This is cheap, tacky, and a rip-off......even at less than $5.00.
