great product design
But it did freeze up (1st time), for 4hrs
but i held down the power button for like 3 minutes, it went off, and said low batery. I re-charged it, and it works fine. i think it's a low battery glitch.
All in all i give it a B+ (that freeze thing it did, almost made me throw it aginst the wall.....but I REALLY LOVE MUSIC!!!!)
I would totally recomend this product to a friend or family member.....
