I purchased my 30GB iPod using three separate Amazon giftcards and everything went smoothly. I received the product 2 days earlier than I was quoted which was even better. When I opened the package, I was happy to see that it came with the necessary items. I have had absolutely no trouble installing the software, operating the iPod, or watching videos. I recommend this to anyone who has an older version iPod, it really is that much better. Before this I had a mini and I am completely satisfied with the quality in sound, picture, and interface.
