I bought the product a few days ago and it was great. The headphones retract and extract easily. The only problem is that the headphone's quality is a little bit worse then the original. However I would defeinitly reccommend these headphones. Searched through lots of different retractable headphones and chose this one

These earbuds are listed for 99 cents, which seems like a great deal. But watch out for the shipping charges! The seller, BrilliantStore, inflates the shipping charge on purpose. I ordered 12 of these earbuds to use as stocking stuffers, and the shipping charges on my $12.00 purchase of items that weigh about an ounce or so apiece ended up being over $33.00! The total order was about $45.00, which is obviously significantly more than I planned to spend.
If you order just one pair of earbuds, the shipping charge does not stand out as outrageous. But if you order several of them, the seller refuses to adjust the shipping charge to reflect multiple small, lightweight items in a single box. It should cost about $5-$10 MAX to ship 12 of these earbuds.
I called BrilliantStore to have them adjust the shipping cost, thinking it was an error. They said it was not an error, and that they use the shipping charges to offset their "marketing costs." In other words, it's a bait-and-switch scheme. Their product comes up as the least expensive option among their competitors, but it doesn't really cost any less than the competitors' products do. To compound the issue, if you use One-Click buying at Amazon, you might not even notice the outrageous shipping costs until it's too late.
Since the shipping rates chart for BrilliantStore says it should cost 80 cents per pound to ship, I challenged BrilliantStore on this as well. They explained that these earbuds are listed as weighing THREE POUNDS EACH in their system and at Amazon. That's how they inflate the shipping charge. Clearly the earbuds can weigh no more than an ounce or two apiece. I pushed hard on this point, and the customer service rep had to admit that this is true. She went and checked with her supervisor, who refused to back down on the issue. I cancelled the order, obviously, and will never buy an item from BrilliantStore under any circumstances.
I registered a complaint with Amazon about this seller's unethical practices. BrilliantStore is using Amazon's system to basically defraud Amazon's customers. I hope Amazon bans this seller immediately. If you have had similar issues with BrilliantStore, please register your complaint with Amazon as soon as possible.
Even if BrilliantStore seems to offer the best deal on something, please DO NOT buy from them and reward them for attempting to cheat Amazon customers!
