Nice quality at affordable price [Posted on 2008-02-27] I purchased these 24 inch speaker stands as part of a small home office audio system I was putting together with inexpensive vintage components found on ebay. The Paradigm titan speakers (original version) were a bit bass-heavy on the floor. The Sanus floor stands improved the sound dramatically. The stands assembled easily and precisely and look quite good. I have them on a hardwood floor without the carpet spikes that are included. They are stable and solid. An excellent value.
Not Great [Posted on 2008-04-07] One stand was fine, the other's holes were misaligned so that, when assembled, the gap between the two front pieces is noticeably wider at the base. Also, on the same stand, one of the holes for the top plate was misaligned so that when I screwed into the pre-drilled holes, the wood (particle board) split. Had to leave that screw out completely. I can't recommend these speaker stands.
Value stands [Posted on 2008-04-24] These are well worth the money. They are solid, easy to put together and were the perfect height for my TV. Highly recommended if you're looking for a good value in stands.
good speaker stands for the price [Posted on 2008-05-01] I bought these stands for about 40% off advertised price through Amazon. They were easy to set up. No problems there. They support my Klipsch SB-3's without a problem. The look is plain, and match the black matte on the speakers, which is what I was going for.
Sanus systems BF-24B [Posted on 2008-06-07] good product, they go well with my black NHT SB-3's. They come very well wrapped in protecctive packaging with an instruction manual that is decent. The only problem I had was lining up the holes - I missed the first time on one of the legs and it cracked a little so be careful on that !
