My friend has this standalone Skype phone, and to be honest, from my experience calling him on it, I wouldn't recommend it.
The voice is quality is several notches below PC to PC Skype calls with the latest Skype version. Whenever I call him on his Skype ID, the phone goes straight to voicemail, so I have to call his Skype phone number. Sometimes he calls me and the voice quality is bad and he has to hang up and call again. Could be issues with his broadband, but there's just too many glitches to recommend this product. Hard to believe there still isn't a reliable, comfortable Skype standalone phone.
