good but fails on the big notes [Posted on 2008-02-03] I love the style and wirelessness. I listen to opera and showtunes and the speakers cut out intermittently during the big finish every time.
Great concept, bad product [Posted on 2008-02-11] this product caught my attention but when I got it, the power adapter didn't work so I had to test it with batteries. Well, the sound just flat out sucked at louder volumes. I'll say it sounded ok as a quiet speaker, but who wants to listen to their music as if they're sitting in a Dr's office.
The sync'ing or wireless function is a great idea... it just seemed like more hassle than it was worth. It took a while for it to work and when it did, it wasn't a perfect connection. I wouldn't buy this for any more than $10
difficult and frustrating [Posted on 2008-02-17] I'm having trouble getting the thing to pick up signals, as well as to broadcast the signal once it intercepts my computer's speakers. The instructions tell you that you have twenty seconds to coordinate the antena with the unit. To me this means I must sit next to the computer during the setup. When it does connect, I want to take the unit with me and then plug it in. Often this causes it to go silent. Yes, I follow all the instructions! It's so frustrating. I wonder if I have a faulty unit or if there is just a better product. The sound is great if I can make it work.
Ok, but [Posted on 2008-05-20] Have owned this for 1-2 years. It sounds ok, but shuts itself inexplicably at times- must turn on again to continue listening. Very frustrating. Do not know the reason. At night it will make Popping sounds if left on.
Great product, great seller! [Posted on 2008-05-27] This is the best value I could find for wireless speakers. When I take them outside, they have trouble with the wireless factor, but otherwise work throughout my small house.
