Great Samsung Leather Armband!!! [Posted on 2007-10-18] I wasn't sure if I'm going to like this product when I purchased it, but I need one for my mp2 player, but I was surprise when I got it. It's really nice for the price it offers.
I love it. Uses it at work and doing my walks...
Armband Size Limitations [Posted on 2007-12-09] A well made case with a lot of nice features. The problem with the side of the case pushing the buttons disappears after some modest finger stretching of the case side. The connector issue can be overcome as previously suggested, by forcing and turning the connector through the port or removing the T9 for docking.
Unfortunately, for anyone with an arm circumference between approximately 11 and 14 inches, this unit may not work at all as an armband. My 13 inch arm completely frustrates the adaptability of the unit. If your arm is not between 11 and 14 inches, you should have no problems - up to about 17.5 inches. I still like the case and the fact that it unclips from the armband allows it to still be useable as a belt clip.
Perfect and Comfortable [Posted on 2007-12-16] This armband is great for when I'm doing exercise, it's really comfortable and the mp3 doesn't jiggle around. I know some people said the band is big but I have pretty thin arms and don't have a problem. The case is a little snug but I stretched it out with my fingers before I put it in and its fine, it doesn't push the buttons at all. When I want to sync or charge the mp3 I just take it out, it really isn't a big deal.
Very disappointed... [Posted on 2008-01-27] I bought this product hoping it would be an excellent addition to my purchase of the Samsung T-9. Boy was I wrong. Let me begin by saying the neoprene armband uses way too much material. I use my T-9 while I am working out, so I need to be able to work out while I am wearing my player. The armband is so bulky I find it very difficult to do this. I have tried positioning it up high or down low on my arm to no avail. I purchased a similar product from Sansa. Their armband uses a cheaper and less bulky set-up but it is less obtrusive and allows you to workout w/the player in any position on your arm. So no, I would not recommmend this product.
Finally someone made an armband for a Samsung [Posted on 2008-04-12] Finally an armband for a Samsung mp3 player. Been using this for 5 months now. What I like about this is how you have two choices of how you want wear this. You can wear it as an armband or you can take the case off the armband and wear it on your belt. I liked armband a lot until I realized the one shortcoming of it. Belkin put two plastic loops on it for those who have small arms and those who have big arms, so you can choose how you need to adjust it. But if you have medium sized arms the fit leaves a lot to be desired. My arm around my bicep is 15" flexed, 13" not flexed. I couldn't really find a fit I liked, which is why I just started using the belt clip part. The only other issue is pressing the buttons on the side. You can't do it blind like you can when your YP-T9 is out of the case. Oh, and the case is pretty darn good in terms of protection and it has a screen protector.
