So far the player seems to work fairly well. It is extremely easy to Sync it with Windows Media Player. It transfers music very quickly. The user interface is not difficult and I found it to be quite intuitive to navigate through the different menus.
Now for the bad, Sometimes when I turn it on and try to play some music it says that there is no music in that folder. Usually all I have to do is turn it off and turn it back on but it is still annoying - and then the same or maybe a different folder may not be able to find the music files. It does not happen all the time but when it does it is frustrating. The only other complaint I have is that I'm not getting anyway near the 15 hours of battery life. I am only getting around 4 to 5 hours. I will call the customer service to see what this is all about. I would give it one more star if not for the 2 problems I mentioned.
Overall, this is a good player with good features and is very easy to use. This is my first music player and for the most part it is a good experience.

this player seems great at first, but mine died suddenly and then i lost it..
i bought my sister one and it died within a month, i thought we just had deffective units so i recommended it to my friend

Excelente MP3 expandible hasta 2 Gb mas en MicroSd, pero con los 2 Gb que tiene es mas que suficiente para mi, tiene una interfase muy amigable, y lo mejor es que no necesito cargar cables adicionales para la carga, unicamente lo cargo a mi computadora y listo, con respecto a la grabacion y radio, excelente producto, muy recomendable.

It is much better than expected, a beautiful product, comes with a strap to hang around your neck. All the features are great, including radio and voice recorder and all the good stuff. The most amazing part of it is that it is expandable, you can go on the manufacturer's website and purchase an extra gigabyte for 20 dollars. Great great product.
