Customer Reviews:

Powerful bass? [Posted on 2008-01-29]
The box lies. These cans push out nearly no bass at all. If these produced bass to the same standards as the mids and highs they produce, they would be extremely good. I bought these because of their closed design. It's just a shame that they don't produce any bass. Most of the music I listen to has a fair measure of bottom end, so these really aren't up to it. They are, however good in closed, public spaces thanks to the lack of sound leakage. The construction is good, the fit is comfortable and they look decent. Unfortunately, the lack of bass is really disappointing.

for the urban earbud-hating jogger  [Posted on 2008-02-06]
These things won't come off. Do jumping jacks. Headbang. Do backflips. In a hurricaine. They won't budge a millimeter.

That probably makes them sound like pincers of death. Well, take two pencils and tuck them behind your ears. They feel like that. I wouldn't call them comfortable, but I certainly wouldn't call them painful.

They sound fantastic. They block out a bit of traffic noise when I run in Boston and I can hear great detail in my music without cranking the volume. If that sort of thing is important to you, and like me you've never been able to tolerate earbuds, buy these headphones with confidence.

I can't imagine any other reason to buy them, though. Maybe if you're reeeeeally worried about mussing your hair. There are better sounding, more comfortable, lower priced headphones. I hear Koss Portapros are wonderful.

Nice design but poor sound quality [Posted on 2008-02-10]
They fit nicely over the ear, nice color, but there is really not much more to say about everything else, there is a total lack of bass. The PMX 100 are way better than this and a bit cheaper.

don't buy them [Posted on 2008-03-26]
very tinny sound - no base despite the fact that they highlight powerful base on front of packaging. iGado, much better.

A Sound Product [Posted on 2008-04-14]
Very Good product. It does not produce the full base response you get from the in ear products senheiser makes, but I purchased these to wear during lawn work and walking. These are perfect for any physical activity. They sound good and they stay on...
