I have had these headphones for 5 months and the stiff rubber coating is broken and exposing the wires. They sound ok, but from and engineering point of view they are always getting tangled up and the earphones themselves act as little grappling hooks. They are always getting caught on stuff. I commute on the subway every day and I am always wrestling with them. I would not recommend these head phones on a ease of use arena.

Bought to use when riding a motorcycle but they cause to much pressure when you put the helmet on. Otherwise, I wear them when outside weeding and mowing and they are great as they are water resistant.

I bought these to wear while running, but they are way too big for my ears. The bud doesn't fit in the canal - which is the case for all ear bud styles for me. They are too "tall" and didn't survive any head movement at all.

I use these headphones while weight lifting and they are the best I have found for this activity. They stay on safely with the over the ear design, but more importantly the CLOTHES CLIP is PERFECT. It keeps the cord snugly secured to my body so the cord doesn't get in the way of the weights. I don't see a lot of headphones or earbuds with clothes clips these days, so this is definitely a great feature. The earbud itself doesn't stay in my ears as tightly as I would wish, which is why I only gave it 4 stars. But the CLOTHES CLIP and over the ear design makes these GREAT for the gym. The sound isn't anything I would jump up and down about, but it's definitely solid and a normal listener wouldn't mind it one bit, I believe. Plus, how many people really need top notch audiophile sound at the gym? I'm thrilled with these and bought a few more pairs as after 2 years of heavy use (I am at the gym at least 5 days a week for 2 hours at a time) the cord around the clothes clip is beginning to fray. This is happening because you can move the clothes clip along the cord for 100% adjustability and customability.
To conclude, these earbuds are the best gym earbuds I've seen for the gym. The clothes clip helps keep the cord taught against my body so that it doesn't interfere with any weights or equipment and the over the ear design keeps the buds in place. And this is probably more than you ever wanted to know about these earbuds...

I got the sports headphones because I really hated the ear buds and the way they fit. I am extremely happy with the sports headphones as this fit over the ear instead of in the ear.
