Multi use mp3 player [Posted on 2008-07-30] NWEB105FBLK's sound quality is excellent. You can record voice or off the FM. I just wish that there is 4GB model available.
MP3 [Posted on 2008-10-02] The Sony NWZ-B105F is a fantastic mp3 player, but with little problems. To make things easier, I'm going to make a list of the good and the bad:
Good:
-Clean and intuitive interface
-Great capacity
-It recognizes the IDTags of the songs, which is great.
-Small, resistant and looks great!
-The plug for the earphones is especial is hard to unplug and if the mp3 falls it won't release from the earphones and crash with the floor.
-Great rechargeable battery
-The Windows Media Player 11 recognize it
-Fast USB 2.0
-Great price
-Fantastic earphones, much better than I expected.
-I love the capability to record radio
-I can also use it as storage device
Bad:
-Slow boot
-I'd problems with the software, in two opportunities after I charged it, it just doesn't started and I freaked out! But after upgrade de Firmware in the official Sony website to the 1.1 version I haven't had the problem again.
-Sometimes (very few) disconnects and reconnects suddenly when I synchronized it with WMP11 and I have to start over the process!
- It doesn't have the capability to delete music files inside the mp3.
So thatÂ's it. Is your choice if you donÂ't care the bad stuff over all the good and buy this MP3 player.
Fantastic product: easy to use, small in size. [Posted on 2008-10-04] Ok, so I wanted a MP3 player to use at the gym. What is a guy to do? Well, with so many choices, this Sony MP3 play caught my eye. Why? It is very small in size; about the size of a memory stick.
This MP3 player actually has a 3 line display. No guessing what song is playing. The display shows quite a bit of information all at one time including: song, artist, playlist, battery status, equalizer status, play time, and song number.
It is easy to use! I did not even have to read the directions. I plugged it into my USB and it begin a sync window in Microsoft Media Player in Vist - No drivers to load or configuration required. The battery charges while you are loading your files. Did I mention this thing is easy to use?
The headphones that come with the player are not super quality; just middle of the road. I would have preferred playing less for the product and being able to buy my own headphones. I plan on getting a pair of ear buds that are a bit more comfortable.
In addition, there is an FM tuner and a recorder that you can record from the FM tuner as well as a voice memo recorder so you can remember your, "Milk, Butter, Eggs" on the way home from the gym.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS!!! [Posted on 2008-10-09] Glitches. That's the name of the game with this baby. Hit the "volume down" button, the player halts your song and switches to record mode. Then you have to fast-forward to the part of the song you were on. Charge the player, and it might freeze, even if you wait for it to say it's safe to take it out, so you have to reset it every so often. Then, after five months of regular use, it just won't turn on. My computer and Xbox 360 recognize it, but the player WILL NOT START.
If you want a piece of crap for free, play in the toilet. If not, by all means pay $[...] bucks for this one.
Great little MP3 player and recorder [Posted on 2008-10-27] This is a Great little MP3 player and recorder. As well as direct USB connector on the end, to connect to PC and for charging.
Very long battery life and recording capabilities.
Great alternative to the iPOD in many ways and cheaper and more adaptable.
