Luckily my arm's aren't that big yet...i see the strap being a problem with anyone that has a decent size bicep. It's not elastic so there's no stretch, sometimes it can feel restrictive and i'll have to loosen it up during my workout. I think if they would've used the stretchy stuff they could've had a better end product. I try to fasten it on my fore arms sometimes but it slips off. The armband works and does what it's intended so three stars...

I had this product for about a month, I'm not a heavy user (twice a week), I don't sweat a lot and I have a small arm so I'm not a good quality indicator. It's a true fit to the iPod nano, holds it tight. I thought to use a silicon cover an addition to the band pocket but there is not enough room for it inside. The ipod can be charged without removing it.
It has a silicon logo `engraving` on the inside of the band so it won't slide down. I tried it on a bare hand and on shirt, it's good on both. You can use the wheel through the plastic cover, it's sensitive enough.
It design in the way that you can see the ipod (it's inclined) while working out.
It's a good value too...
