I received this case from Amazon. After opening it I could tell that the plastic on the face is EXTREMLY scratched up. Very disappointing, but I don't know if they are all like that or this one is just a bad one and really don't have the time to send cases back and forth.

this case is great. it protects your screen and it allows you to have your zune with you without worrying that it will fall out of your pocket. I recommend this case to anyone who own a 80 gig zune!
Worth the price to protect your Zune [Posted on 2008-06-02]
This case is really great at protecting your Zune, all of the ports are accessible as well, and it has a nice tug fit, so it won't be sliding around in the case at all.
The downside is, the plastic over the screen came scratched and looked generally bad, so if you are watching anything or viewing pictures, you will probably want to take it out of the case.
If you just need a case to protect your Zune in general, due to having lots of crap in your pockets like me (keys will destroy a poor screen), then I suggest buying this. However, if you want a case that will protect, AND have the screen be perfectly viewable, I suggest forking over some extra cash for a different product.
Great case that's not too bulky [Posted on 2008-06-14]
A lot of cases seem to double the size of your device, but this one seems to give it just the amount of padding it needs. The clip is very strong and the leather looks great. The buttons work well placed beneath a thin piece of leather. My one complaint is that it is very difficult to remove the Zune from the case once you've got it in the case. And because it's just slightly too large for the home A/V dock, this might be a difficult case to use if you're hoping to put it in its dock on a regular basis because you'll have to go through the trouble of removing the Zune from the case everytime. You might look into the Tough Skin case for the Zune 80, recently announced by Speck, which should allow for easier removal.
