My wife and I have had iPods for years and have used Marware products with them exclusively. The system for the 40G iPod and the Mini were great - they worked well in every case, providing protection against shock and secure attachment with either the clip or the armband. When I got a Nano, I drove a 160 mile round trip to the nearest Apple store so I could buy the Marware Sportsuit for it without having to wait for shipping. Unfortunately, the Sportsuit falls short for a very simple reason - the velcro closure for the armband is attached so that the hooks and loops never have more than the smallest possible mating areas. The hooks are attached perpendicular to the loops. And there are gaps in the strips of loops that are as wide as the strip of hooks. Basically, the strap won't stay closed. The location of the strap relative to the iPod is also fixed, so in most cases when it is worn on your arm, the strap closes opposite of the iPod. It has a tendency to get pulled open as your arm swings against your body.

The product is very good, just the bottom part sometimes is hard to add accessories and the iPod looses a bit of sensitivity due to the plastic cover.

The Runabout offers both the option of belt clip or arm band holder that is very secure and yet easy to change back and forth. I wear the arm band at the gym and on my belt when I just want to kick back. This product will also protect you Nano well with it's soft body and seems to have been made well enough that it will last.

I used this case and then bought it for my dad.
it was great when I had it - the case is light and doesn't add too much bulk. The armband is SUPER comfortable and is the right size.
My dad and I did have some trouble getting the belt clip on, but with some force it went on.

Velcro on this product is lame [Posted on 2007-08-03]
The velcro on the armband wears out in about 6 months and the armband is then useless.
