This works to get a signal from our great room to my home office 40 feet away with a wall in between, but it is like watching analogue tv with poor reception. They have to be aimed just right and be pointing at each other and when someone walks between the two units, it can interfere with the signal. Great concept, but I won't use it often.

I've searched for a reasonably priced receiver/transmitter combo that delivers smooth communication, and this one does. It is also easy to set up and use, and so far, has delivered on the promise of fast, clear speed of connection.

We have had two sets of these and both worked wonderfully....for just over a year each. Then we found ourselves having to change channels to get the picture to stop jumping. Then they died. The first time, we gave it the benefit of the doubt. This time.....not sure we will be buying this particular device again.

Had just purchased an HD receiver for Satellite TV. Discovered they wanted $5 a month for each additional receiver so we could have reception all over the house (we had 3 additional sets with no service) My son was going to try to "split" the wires like we did for the regular satellite box and then we saw this in Best Buy. Decided we could get it cheaper online and sure enough we did! Works like a charm and as long as we can all agree on what to watch we have NO problems! So much cheaper and reception is usually clear and could not ask for a better option!

Good picture, but static in sound! I have 5.8 Gig phones so that isn't causing the static!
